Which cookies and similar technologies this site uses, what they are for, and how to change your choice.

This website uses as few cookies as possible. Anything that is not strictly necessary is switched on only with your consent, in line with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the cookie guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, serve a comparable purpose. In this policy we call all of them “cookies”.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are needed for the site to work and do not require your consent. They are our own and are never used for advertising or tracking.

  • NEXT_LOCALE (our cookie): remembers the site language. Lasts until you close your browser or, if you choose a language with the language switcher, 12 months.
  • mae_consent (our cookie): stores your cookie choices, with a random identifier and the date. Lasts 12 months.
  • mae:favourites (browser local storage): the properties you save as favourites. Stays on your device until you clear it and is never sent to us.
  • payload-token (our cookie): created only when our staff sign in to the administration area. Visitors never receive it. Lasts 8 hours.

In addition, when spam protection is active on our forms, a Cloudflare service (Turnstile) is loaded to tell people from automated programs. For this, Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical browser data.

Maps on this site are loaded from a map provider (currently the OpenStreetMap servers), which receives your IP address when a map is shown. We set no cookies for this.

We do not currently use any statistics tool. If we introduce one, we will name it here, with its cookies, before it is used, and it will only load with your consent.

Some pages show videos or virtual tours hosted by third parties. Until you load them or accept this category, you see only a placeholder image and no connection is made to these services:

  • YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.), in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com);
  • Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc.), with its “do not track” option switched on;
  • Matterport (Matterport, Inc.), for 3D virtual tours.

Once loaded, these providers receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then stop working.
