About us
A personal agency on Mallorca’s east coast
Mallorca Alpha Estates is an independent estate agency based in Manacor. We look after you closely, from the first conversation to the notary.
The agency
Our story
Dr. Roland Krieg is the founder of Mallorca Alpha Estates and works with buyers and sellers on the east coast of Mallorca, from Manacor to the sea.
He combines a strong academic background — a PhD from Warwick Business School, an MBA from the University of Exeter and a Master's in Financial Management from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid — with extensive real-estate training (estate agency, property law, valuations and property management).
He looks after every client personally in German, Spanish, English, French, Italian and Portuguese, with discretion and careful advice at every step.
How we work
A personal service, start to finish
You deal with the same person from the first call to the signature at the notary. No hand-offs and no call centre.
In your language
Conversations, viewings and paperwork explained in your own language, so nothing is lost in translation.
Clear information
Every listing has a reference number and, where available, its energy rating. If something still needs checking, we say so.
By appointment
We work without a shop window. Meetings and viewings are in person by appointment, or by video call if you are abroad.
What we stand for
A home on Mallorca is a big decision. These are the principles we work by.
- Discretion
- Many owners prefer not to advertise their home. Confidential sales are handled quietly and shared only with serious, registered buyers.
- Honesty
- We would rather tell you about a problem than have you find it later. Independent lawyers and architects are always welcome.
- Care
- We take the time a decision like this needs, for buyers and for sellers, and we never push.
