Area guide
Son Servera
Son Servera sits a few kilometres back from the sea, on the rising ground at the northern end of the east coast, below the hills that run towards Artà. Its municipality reaches the water at Cala Bona, part of Cala Millor and the wooded residential area of Costa dels Pins, so town life and coast life sit close together.

Town, coast and hills
The town centre is practical and friendly, with shops, bars and a weekly market, and one landmark unlike any other on the island: the Església Nova, a grand church left unfinished and now used as an open-air venue for concerts and events. Around the town the land rises into hills and old estates, with long views back over the bay.
Down on the coast, Cala Bona keeps its small fishing harbour and an easy-going seafront, while Costa dels Pins is a green, spacious enclave of villas set among the pines, with a golf course close by.
Property
The choice is wide: townhouses in Son Servera itself, villas and larger plots at Costa dels Pins, and country houses in the hills behind the town, some with views across the bay to Cala Millor. It suits buyers who want a little more space and greenery, with the beaches only minutes away.
